How buying at club and school pricing works
There are two ways in, and most organisations use both. A quote when the money has to be approved first, and a login when it does not.
Request a quote
Build a list, send it, and a formal quotation comes back within two working days. It is dated, itemised, and shows GST separately, which is what a funder or a committee needs. Nothing is committed until you say so, and the quote holds while you get approval.
This is the right route for anything going to a grant round, a board, or a school finance office, which is most orders above a few hundred dollars.
Log in and see your pricing
If you already have an account with us, your net pricing is applied automatically when you log in to the wholesale portal. Browse, add to cart, and submit the order for review. It comes to us as a draft rather than a payment, so nothing gets charged before we have checked stock and freight.
Do not have an account yet
Send a quote request and say so in the notes. Setting one up takes a day. You need a club or school name, the person who approves spending, and the email that invoices should go to.
There is no annual fee, no minimum spend to keep it open, and no penalty for going quiet for a season.
Why are there no prices anywhere on this site
What you pay depends on your account and your order size, so there is no single number worth publishing. Putting one up would also show every club what every other club pays, which is not ours to share.
Two ways to get a real figure: request a quote, which comes back dated and itemised, or log in to the wholesale portal, where your own pricing is applied automatically.
How long does a quote take
Two working days for anything in the catalogue. Custom uniforms and anything we have to source take longer, because the supplier has to price it first. If you are against a funding deadline, say so in the notes and it gets moved up.
Can you invoice the school or club directly
Yes, and that is the normal arrangement. Send a purchase order number with the request and it goes on the invoice. Payment on the 20th of the following month is standard for club accounts.
What about freight
Freight is included in the quote rather than added at the end, and it is a flat contribution rather than a per-item calculation. Larger orders ship free. Your quote shows the figure, so there are no surprises at checkout.
Can we pay by bank transfer
Yes. Card and bank transfer both work. Bank transfer is the usual choice for larger club orders and for anything paid out of a grant, since the funder often pays the supplier directly.
